Who We Are

Savy Buoy is the owner of Savy Realty and Acquisition, a certified woman-owned business enterprise, who is a contributing member of her community, actively engaged in business organizations and real estate associations throughout Texas. Savy is a knowledgeable and trusted realty specialist with a decade of experience in the real estate industry. As a broker, she has gained a reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction, dedicated follow-through, and quality service.

In 1975, Savy immigrated to the United States at the age of 15 from Cambodia. In recent years, Savy has donated her time and energy to many local non-profit organizations and has become a leader in Austin Asian community. Today, Savy is serving as a Board Member for Caring for Cambodia as well as the Network of Asian American Organizations. She has also served as the Vice President of the Asian American Resource Center and as a member of the Travis County Civil and Family Court House Community Focus Committee. Savy has worked tirelessly to help facilitate events for the Cambodian Foundations in Austin, including Caring for Cambodia. 

Savy graduated from Austin High School in Austin, Texas and attended Austin Community College. During this time, Savy met her now-husband, Kang Buoy, and they have been married for over 40 years. Together they raised their two children, Nina and Scott, who followed in their father's engineering footsteps and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with MBAs. Today she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren, Aly, Lila, Brody, Austin, Hayden, and Jack
